DACA Update and Resources
Due to a recent court order, USCIS has resumed accepting DACA renewal applications from individuals who were originally granted DACA status. There is a window of opportunity for eligible DACA recipients to renew their DACA status. ILRC (Immigrant Legal Resource Center) has put together an updated DACA infographic, as well as helpful Know Your Rights information for individuals and employers.
Many immigration legal service providers in our area are offering DACA renewal workshops, provide free or low cost services and are able to assist with application fees. Below is a list of upcoming workshops that were shared with us, as well as links to immigration legal services providers. Please share this information with your students and their families.
